Roasted Salsa day

Postby GTR » Sat Sep 25, 2021 9:51 am

Went shopping yesterday for the produce and firing the grill shortly. Made this a couple weeks back, was a big hit. Hopefully round two will be as good.

Tomatillo, lime, mex. onion and roma tomatoes. Will add fresh garlic, cilantro and chili de Arbol for some heat. Going to soak the chilies in the lime juice to soften them up.
