Of Course the Smoked Ham Hock wasn't new, JUST AVAILABLE for the meatless Beans.

I’ve never put Ham Hock in canned beans. Did you put that entire ham hock in that one can of beans?

Yes, I deboned the Hock, chopped it up and put it into the Can of Beans.
The Sugar in the Beans and Cornbread was just too much for MOI so, Seconds were out of the question.
However, I did pick out the pieces of Ham Hock for Dessert.
