Tonight I’m going to wear the Fry Daddy out.
Potato skins, shrimp shells & tails, zucchini, jalapeños and some roasted chicken skin. And just to keep it healthy, stuffed mushrooms with spinach, bacon, feta and parm.
Probably pay for it tomorrow but devil be ……
in
There’s another 2 plates of zucchini as well.
It’s FRYday!

Turned out great. We don’t fry often but when I get a green light I mat it.
Dips were green chili velvetta, roasted salsa and a green chili powder Mayo/sour cream dip.

Shrimp SHELLS AND TAILS
I thought I'd heard most everything from my Bros East of the Sabine but that is a new one for me.

Re: It’s FRYday!
The tails were from a bag of precooked we got by mistake. The full shells were from raw. I lay them out on a wire rack and dry them in my beer fridge for 3-4 days. Then deep fry till crisp. They eat much like chips. When you think they have fried long enough, go another minute or so. They will be too chewy otherwise. Stole the idea from one of those food network shows.

Velly Intheresting - - - Shrimp Chips - - - who'da thunk
Only thing I've ever used it for was to make a Shrimp Stock by just boiling them, but then I throw the shells away and use the broth only.
Thanks Sir
