I haven't fixed a Ripper in quite a while so it was over due. Picked up some HEB "Hatch Pepper Sausage Links" and I can honestly say that they are AWESOME, especially wrapped and fried covered in Jalapeno Bacon.

Just had to fix another Ripper from these awesome Hatch Sausage Links.
Today I had some left over Chili from my Throwdown Entree and it went very well with the other stackins.
Regular Hot Dog Bun with Whataburger Sauce
Add Fried Jalapeno Bacon wrapped Sausage Link
Put on some THrowdown Chili
Grate Monterey Cheese on top
Melt in Microwave
Add some Del-Dixi Sweet Jalapeno Relish
EAT AND ENJOY
