Tex Toby made me do it

Postby Norway Joe » Sat Nov 13, 2021 8:02 am

I thought the tortilla soup Tex Toby made a while ago looked very tasty. Since he was so kind to share his recipe I wanted to try it for lunch. It didn't disappoint. Very tasty and warming.

Fired up the fireplace at the cabin and cooked the soup in a kettle over the fire.

This soup will be made again here.

Thanks, Toby.ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Looks fantastic.

We use the bench a lot.

View is better today, when the fog is gone.

Love it! Extra cool points for cooking over a camp fire with that incredible view. I’d love to be there to share a bowl with you!

Thanks. Sharing a bowl would be awesome. We can do that if you ever visit Norway.
