I had planned on firing up the ECB with some Kingsford but the weather kept me inside so I did the shrimp and filet mignon on the stove top and oven. It's just not the same but it was OK. :dont: :whiteflag:

Yum! Stovetop works in a pinch. Thankful for fire/heat for our food & meat.

I was watching an Old Emmerille episode and he was “ Broiling Steaks” in the oven. I remember him saying, “ Folks, this is a Broiler, it’s in most ovens. Try a steak cooked at high heat this way”
