Raclette

When it comes to social food prepped at the table, Raclette is one of my favorites.

Everyone cook their meat on the grill and melt the Swiss Raclette cheese in the trays under. Also cooking veggies on the grill.

Served with different pickles pomme noisettes and today a pepper sauce and cognac sauce.

Very tasty and social. Especially nice when our oldest son's German girlfriend is visiting us for a week now.
