We made a new dish for us today. Tasted great.
Cook a few slices of salmon in a pan. 2 minutes on each side on medium heat. Then remove from pan and let rest.
Add two chopped shallots,4 cloves of minced garlic, and a good amount of sundried tomatoes in the pan. Let Cook for a couple of minutes.
Add 3 dl heavy cream and simmer for a couple of minutes. Then add fresh spinach and 80 grams of shredded parmesan. When the spinach is done add the fish and pour the sauce over the fish.
Serve with rice.
