Wet Weather Gumbo

It’s yukky weather in The Pineywoods today. Drizzling rain most of the day in the high 40’s. My wife asked me to pick up some fresh shrimp and a pkg of Andouille Sausage. It’s resting right now but I’m ready to attack

Man that looks Larapin - - - I'm defrosting some Gator to make some Gumbo in a couple of days :tup:

My pretty Country Girl can do it. I’ve seen it a lot darker than hers, that’s probably more of a true Cajun gumbo but I enjoy her version too
