Protein Shake
Made a rash decision, greased a muffin pan with olive, and cracked a few eggs, some cheese, and black pepper. Baked some bacon separately. Muffin eggs in oven @375 for 10-11 minutes and out came this protein shake. Was not disappointed.

I over cooked them a bit (12 minutes), which is why I suggest 10 minutes. Trial and error. Still delicious even with a harder egg yolk.

10-4, I'll use that info if I do some AND THAT is very likely

We are going to try a pan. I think it might give us something quick to reheat for breakfast on work days

Re: Protein Shake
Okay, fellers. I have narrowed down time and temp. Bake at about 350 for 9-10 minutes, depending on how you want your yolk.
