Typically 400, fry for 8-9 minutes, flip, and another 7-8 minutes, depending on how crisp you like 'em. I put a little baking powder (not soda) on 'em. The sauce consists of (these are eyeball measurements):
1. Table spoon of Lousiana hot sauce
2. Maybe 1/2 a cup of Frank's
3. Half a stick of butter
4. 2 Tablespoons of honey
5. Some black pepper
6. Some chili powder or Cayenne
7. Some Cumin
