Rambo's post about the canned biscuits shortage has had me thinking more of biscuits than I normally do, so this morning I decided to whoop outa small mess of 4. Turned one into a sunny side up, egg and owens sausage cathead stack. It's been a couple of years since I've made any Catheads and "that's too long".

Thanks, Neighbor, 3 parts Pioneer Mix and 1 part Milk - - roll out and cut and bake at 450 for 11 to 12 min - - - they were all the same size but the camera angle doesn't show that. Sure went good with the Yolkie and Owens

Sounds easy enough, OUP. Have you ever used buttermilk in place of regular milk?
