Pig Tarsal Collards, Cornbread and Lima Beans
Today's "fixins" was about as Country and Suthern as one can get these days.
I had the munchies for some Collard Greens with Smoked Ham Hock, Jalapenos, Own-Yawns, Bacon and Pepper Sauce with Cornbread.
Sherry, however, decided to fix her famous Lima Beans with Onions and Ham Hock.

OK, I signed up today and all I need now is to fix something that goes with Cornbread or "Visa Versa"

I've got some Chili Beans in the Frig that could just be Nuked and eaten with those Swirls - - - if the flavor even gets close to Martha White Sweet Yellow Cornbread then I'll be a permanent Fan.
