Substitute

No, not that song by The Who. But this:

https://myfridgefood.com/recipes/sandwiches-burgers/ham-and-cheese-sliders/

The photos made it look like an interesting recipe. I think it's an attempt to re-create Miami Onion Rolls, which have poppy seed and onion.

We decided to try it, but we didn't have ham. We did have some uninspiring cold cuts, so we used those.

And we didn't have 'good dinner rolls.' What we had was hot dog buns. So yup.

We don't have any Worst Ever Sauce. Never do. So we just left that out.

Oh, yes…. we did have Swiss cheese, but more Munster, so we substituted that.

We also had mustard and poppy seed. This is the result.

Next time I would up the butter and onion ratio. And get GOOD dinner rolls. Other than that, not bad for a Substitute.

Looks Good and Creative also - - - 10-4 on distancing the Worst Ever Sauce :whiteflag: but a dash of Allegro Creole woulda been OK
