Blacken swordfish

Haven't had this in a while. Beef like texture delicious blacken swordfish topped with pineapple salsa, roasted small potatoes, a little piece of Tri tip and salad.

I could never land anything that big, but I caught my share of freshwater sunfish.

You don't want the big ones. They are full of mercury but the blue fin tuna are usually 15-25 pound and low mercury since they are young but great fighters and solid muscle. I refer to them as human legal crack. Once you try fishing for them, you will be hooked on it.
