I'd like that a lot. I've been getting farm fresh duck eggs from a local by work. The yokes are huge and so good. I might have to try that for dinner this week.

Thanks, all. I’ve been eating a lot of low carb, heavy protein, high fat meals, and this was tasty and easy.

Was going to say it would pair nicely with a couple biscuits then I read the low carb part I did really well losing weight with a similar strategy a couple years back. I need to do it again
