Discada cooks

Postby strength_and_pow » Tue Jul 05, 2022 8:42 pm

Ordered this while I was traveling, it arrived and I had to travel again. So after owning it for a month, I finally got it unpacked and seasoned.
Chorizo and eggs for the initial cook.
Cheesesteak for the second
Smoked then fried wings
A traditional discada with just about every part of the pig and a few beef additions for good measure

Works as is with 1# propane tanks. I’m going to order the adapter hose to use a standard grill tank.

I guess I don’t understand; it’s a metal Wok with propane fire underneath?

Maybe, but perhaps your fish cooker actually identifies as a discada?
