It was kinda Brunch; had 2 young adult grandsons and their girlfriends over and they wiped it out. The waffles were “ Krusteaz” brand, Belgium Waffles. Easy to make using box instructions, all I added was a teaspoonful of vanilla extract. Sherry butterflied the Breasts and got four pieces out of each filet. Dipped in seasoned flour, then buttermilk, back in flour and to the cast iron skillet with about 1/2” of Crisco

Looks good, never tried the combination. You use syrup with it?

I see that has been around for awhile. Never tried it. Will have to give it a go one of these days. Hope you had a good day with the grandsons.

Oh yes; the fruit wasn’t on my Chicken Waffle but the young folks ate it all on the side

Thanks CP. they gobbled it up and as you know as many people that you feed , that is defining. The way Sherry presented the fruit and drinks let them turn loose
