I've always been one that liked Okra and I've liked it fixed EVERY way. However, I have just discovered a new way to ENJOY it and that's by Hot Air Frying. So simple to do - - just cut Okra in bite size pieces (I use the entire piece, even the stem caps), drizzle in EVOO and Season. I prefer Suckle Busters SPG and so does Sherry. My Fryer takes about 10 to 15 minutes which is right as they start to char just a little bit.

I love me some okra as well. I don’t care how it’s done, boiled, fried, roasted, pickled………..

It's Pink and it's made from Horseradish Sauce and Catch-Up - - - my Grandpaw taught me to dip all Fish and Seafood in that mixture.

If it’s fried, it’s Crisco :whiteflag:

I'm going to have to try this. What temp was your air fryer set at?

400 for about 12 to 15 minutes - - - - watch them for charring and don't let them over char
The wife prefers I cut them into bite size (1 to 1 1/2 inches) then I lightly spray with EVOO and dust with Suckle Busters SPG
I also snip off the long pointed skinny tips.
Good Luck and let us know how it works for you  :chef: :salut: :texas:
