French Toast on a Cold Morning

Postby The Pocono Ring Shop » Sat Nov 19, 2022 12:13 pm

Not much prep involved in this cook, but had to share these pics. BBQ truck guy up here bakes homemade loaves daily which is what he uses for his Burger Bread.
Bought a loaf, weighs 4.5 lbs and as dense as pound cake.

Soaked these in a mixture of Eggs, Milk, Spiced Eggnog, Cinnamon and added some Vanilla Extract at the end.

Plated with Butter Slabs, Syrup and Powdered Sugar.

Was Delicious.ImageImageImage

I don’t eat it much either, or pancakes, but I could get into that!

Deb won't have anything to do with it so that's even better for me.
