For example, in South Jersey it's mostly called Pork Roll and up in the North Jersey area its called Taylor Ham. Funny thing is they are both technically Pork Roll.
I myself like the Taylor over the Trenton being used in this video. I think in my opinion that the Trenton is more mild. Both actually come from the same place in the states Capital in Trenton.
Either way, if you can get your hands on either, DO IT !
