New Years Day Grub

Postby OldUsedParts » Sun Jan 01, 2023 3:21 pm

I"ve played around with the name of this but the real name for Me and my old friends from the Deer Lease in Doss, Texas was "Betty Kelly's Cabbage Patch Stew" - - - did a Skillet of Martha White's Sweet Yeller Cornbread to go with it AND it was great. Now I'm fixed for Health and Prosperity, according to my Mom and Granny "God Bless em"

Well he's gonna have a heart transplant this year. He is fine other than that. He said they are going to take my half heart out and give me a whole one. He's pretty smart for a 5 year old.

I see the Cornbread King has found his MOJO again
Great plate my friend, you and Sherry eat well
We could have used that dinner a few weeks back when it was -10 up here in the mountains .

That would have warmed our bonz up for sure.

Besides, I couldn't sleep for 2 nights, it sounded like someone was on the front and back decks with a sledge hammer, the wood was constantly popping and cracking from the cold and wind, it was a good time
