Haven't been up to snuff in the kitchen lately, but this got treated to SB Competition, and some cut-up carrots, celery, onyawn, and potato. It's for tomorrow so it looks unimpressive, but tastes goooood.

My Mom called that Pot Luck Stew but she didn't have a Slow Cooker back then -- - no doubt it's gonna make for some good Grub tomorrow !

It looks delicious Sailor!
Did you brown the loin before going into the slow cooker? I may have to get Debbie to try this.

No, because I was lazy. But it cooked to perfection, and that SB seasoning really helped. If we do this again I will go a little heavier on the vejables. Cornbread would have been good! But the potato factor helped soak up the juice. We have two freezer containers now of the leftovers with vej.
Thanks, everyone.
