How about a little Pastalaya!!!

Postby k.a.m. » Wed Feb 22, 2023 3:20 pm

The beginning of the week had me sitting in front of my computer on team meetings so Sunday I cooked up a pork, chicken and sausage pastalaya so I could just warm up eat and go.
I browned up my meat first.

Then I cooked down my trinity.

Then I added my liquids along with the cream of chicken soup. Then brought it all together and added the bowtie pasta.

It makes for some really nice comfort food.

Thank you Rambo!
It is kind of like jambalaya but with pasta instead of rice.

Looks good. We do something similar, but didn’t think about the cream of chicken.
