Chicken Gnocchi Soup

Postby tex_toby » Sat Feb 25, 2023 8:34 pm

First time making this soup for me. Mrs Tex has been going through chemo and having a lot of trouble eating. When she said she was hungry for some chicken gnocchi soup, I was on it! She found a copycat Olive Garden recipe and I went and got all of the stuff and put it together. I have to say, pretty dang good and she was able to eat! I'll take that win. Here is the recipe I followed: https://copykat.com/wprm_print/24081

Appreciate the well wishes for Mrs Tex. She's a tough lady and is powering through probably much better than I could ever do, but it's a miserable process. This too shall pass.
