Because we used frozen breaded fish pieces from a store? On a toasted kaiser with cheese, lettuce and sauce. But instead of my usual tartar sauce, I made an avocado sauce, not guac, just avocado, lemon, parsley and green onyawn. It was goood but the flavor was buried by the fish. Sticking to tartar sauce next time.

Unless you’re on the Coast or catching your own it’s kinda hard to find fresh fish around Texas. I would certainly be happy to devour that Sammy

Cocktail Sauce and Louisiana Red Sauce - - - sometimes I add Onyawns but it depends on the Fish.
