I love a good Omelette, however, every time I see that word I think of my Dad telling us kids about being stationed in the Phillipines during the War and going into town on leave. He said almost every cafe that they went it the waitresses would all come to their table and say "Ah-Me-Let-Toe? Ah-Me-Let-Toe?" - - - he said that most times, it was hard to get them to understand that He wanted 2 over easy, Biscuits and Bacon :laughing7: :laughing7: :laughing7: from that day forward he would not eat Ah-Me-Let-Toes :laughing7:

"no Hi-Jack intended" :whiteflag:

Believe me - I could easily knock out the ribeye in one sitting. It would have no chance! THAT SAID...these days I try to limit my gluttonous tendencies and to do so with a ribeye, I promise myself an omelette the next day. :D
