Bargain Brisket

So I’m canning today and ran to our local grocery store. They have a “ marked Down “ bin and when I was walking by there was a market trimmed brisket for $27. As I was putting it in the cart the Butcher was walking out of the back and he laughed; “ I wondered how long that would last “, I put it out 5 minutes ago. It’s on the Big Dog right now with Hickory and Pecan and I’ll slice it up tonight, vacuum seal in Quart bags, and get about 10 meals out of it. I’m a happy boy

I did; gotta good smoke on it, KAM Panned it: cooked in the oven at 350 for one hoo. It is fine
