Any SCA Cooks here?

Postby Raider18 » Thu Oct 31, 2019 1:25 pm

I just do not have time for BBQ comps and just joined SCA. Anyone take their judging class? Do you think it's necessary?

Personally I do not cook SCA but if I did like any cooking competition I think in order to learn their process the judging class is a good idea.
Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

Did it for 2 years and I am not a fan. Loved the concept but the judging and steak selection process and other things did me in.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!
