Hey Kevin, when do you see some of these cookoffs starting back up?

I can honestly say I have no idea Greg. We are monitoring the Governors orders and also gearing up with plans when we can start having limited size cook-offs. We had a board meeting in San Antonio this weekend and some really good ideas were presented but as i said we are at the mercy of the Governor and his plan.
I would like to hope by middle to late June we will have some type of relief.

Thanks Kevin, wasn't sure if there were any plans put in place or not. I know it is not essential. But would be nice to see us get back to that point soon.

Good news Greg.
We have fired back up with some safety guidelines for the promoters. :D
If we find it will not work we will shut it down again.

Thats great news Kevin, seems to me if everyone respects the layout space that cookoffs are known for then all should be good. Great news.

If you get a chance come up to Livingston and visit me at the end of June Greg.
I will be judging an event at Pedigo city park.

Hey k.a.m. , are you the judge for the upcoming cookoff in Port Neches? I looked at the site for it and it said 'kevin' is the judge...

I was wondering if it would be OK to throw my two smokers on a trailer and take them over there and try to sell them. Facebook Marketplace and sitting out by the side of the street I live on is not getting them sold.

Yes Sir I am the Head judge. You would need to ask Brandon White about your cookers I just run the judging area. His number is on the site text him and ask him.

I understand the Eldorado Chevy cook in McKinney is back on the calendar for Oct 15th. IBCA as I understand it. Timing should be good after the vaccines kick in and the weather that time of year is usually prime. Plus EC installed permanent car canopies all over the parking lot so pretty much all ready to go for a good venue.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
