It does do biscuits pretty darn well. I may want to quit while I’m ahead. Tearing down and rebuilding a vault in Houston this week. Cooking something in it on Saturday

I am a bit jealous of your shop oh the trouble I could get into there. :D

The shop is my work’s. I just borrow some space and provide my skills when needed. I had a small commercial space that was my little slice of heaven for 7 years but decided to let it go and save for some land with a house and a shop. Having use of a forklift definitely comes in handy.

Outstanding build. I was looking to build a cabinet smoker for my next smoker and I might pick your brain on a couple things while I’m trying to design mine if that’s ok.
