Chicken cooker Powder coated 07.27.2020
Well between bored and always wanting to improve my edge here comes the chicken cooker. It is based on the Squared UDS somewhat.
I have been working on the twin cookers for a bit and finally close to finished. I need door handles and 1/2" couplings for the 3" Tel-Tru thermometers.
Did something a little different on the intakes and exhausts I am going to try slides.

The twins.
Put the legs and side handles on then welded on the hinges and door stops.

How much does one of those weigh? Is that gonna be like a BBQ grill type deal?

They come in around 85 lbs. It is a charcoal grill I plan on using for my competition chickens.
There is no expanded metal grate I will use grill grates in it.

Re: Chicken cooker headed to the powder coater 06.18.2020
I finished up the chicken cookers they are at the powder coater.
Added a 3" Tel-Tru therm.
Got the charcoal trays built.
The grill grates arrived and fit great.
Off to get a new dress.
I am looking forward to seeing how they cook.
