Chicken cooker Powder coated 07.27.2020

Postby k.a.m. » Mon May 18, 2020 11:32 am

Well between bored and always wanting to improve my edge here comes the chicken cooker. It is based on the Squared UDS somewhat.

I have been working on the twin cookers for a bit and finally close to finished. I need door handles and 1/2" couplings for the 3" Tel-Tru thermometers.
Did something a little different on the intakes and exhausts I am going to try slides.

How much does one of those weigh? Is that gonna be like a BBQ grill type deal?

They come in around 85 lbs. It is a charcoal grill I plan on using for my competition chickens.
There is no expanded metal grate I will use grill grates in it.
