Hi. First post on this forum. Where on the Johnson T Smoker do you drain the grease? Got a system for that?
I’m looking at possibly purchasing a smaller version of this model or one of the Johnsons with a sidebox, to upgrade from my rusty and mostly trusty Brinkmann.

Ha, thanks. Kudos for success on the ECB. Mine is actually different it’s a Brinkmann “Smoke'N Pit Professional“. My wife bought it for me when I got back from a rack in 2006. Still works, I’ve made a lot of good Q on it, but it is finicky, and I’d like something bigger.
