Quality Water Pan Suggestions...

Postby MCPMartin » Fri May 29, 2020 12:37 pm

I'm looking for suggestions on a quality water pan that's both NOT made in China and is reusable. I've looked at some "Winco" brand pans on Amazon that appear to be commercial quality, but a lot of reviews say they are cheap pressed aluminum. I'm done using the make shift stuff (coffee cans, etc). I'd really appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

Academy used to sell some pans that I used in the past. I have no idea where they’re manufactured

I'll have to swing by Academy next time in the area. I hadn't thought of them.

What size pan are you needing?
Catering/hotel pans are cheap enough at the restaurant supply stores and last a good bit. Plus you can always line with a disposable foil pan and when it gets nasty, pitch it and put a new one in.
