Purchased this a couple of years ago and promptly let it sit un-assembled in the garage. Fast forward to last week and finally found the right combo of time and motivation to assemble it on the patio and start cooking.
I was originally looking for an outdoor oven but wasn't looking to take on another build project or hire someone to build one in the yard. Stumbled across the Pyro Tower and pulled the trigger. Plus, it also functions as a grill, smoker and a chiminea. Made by a small company in Kansas. I found the originality and attention to design appealing.
Good results on burgers, steaks, Neopolitan pizza and spatchcocked chicken so far. Looking forward to firing it up and heating the patio when the weather cools off.
Haven't seen these discussed here before so thought i'd post. Was so thrilled to be cooking on charcoal and wood again, I didn't even mind that it was over 100 degrees.
