hello guys, I found 2 pork shanks in the freezer ... how could I make them tomorrow in the PBC maybe together with some ribs?

In the past I've always used them as meat stock with Boiled Greens, Soup or Stew
HOWEVER after watching this Video, I'm gonna do them THIS WAY NEXT TIME

no pork shanks today :( ... pizza from my wife's parents tonight .... great video though .... it will be for next weekend
