Did a seasoning run and some smoked queso because I’d hate to waste a good fire.

What cheese did you use for that queso? Did you add milk? It looks good.

Thanks it was good. 2 lb block of velveeta and a one lb hunk of smoked Gouda. No milk but a can of cram of mushroom soup. Really wanted cream of jalapeño or Anaheim but the store was sold out.

Yo' Sooner..... Huge congrats on your new acquisition. It's going to feel grate (groan) to be back burning sticks again. Let me know how the flavor profile compares to Blue - I'm curious.
