Needing opinions between 2 Offset Smokers???

Postby milton1allen » Tue Jun 22, 2021 3:39 pm

I am looking at buying an offset smoker and would like opinions. The 2 smokers I am looking at are the Old Country Brazos and the All Season Feeders 48" x 20". Brazos is 1/4" plate, $1000, but not as much cooking space as the All Seasons. The All Seasons is 3/16" plate, $1300, with more cooking space available. I know I will have to make minor modifications to either one of these to make it cook the way I want it to. Just trying to see which one all of you would prefer? My brain hurts looking at reviews and videos of them. Please help me out...

You are correct both need tweaking to get the most out of them.
I would go with the Brazos.
I looked at both and I am just not a fan with what I see on the All Seasons. They make great feeders and blinds but that is where I draw the line.
Always remember slow and steady wins the race.
