Pizzas [emoji487] on a dreary damp raw day !

Not letting the rain deter me from making us some NAAN Pizzas on the Akorn Pizza Stone.
Popped the pop up - up, fired up the Royal Oak Lump and pulled out to the Smoking Deflector/Pizza Stone.

Made 4 different style Personal Naan Pizzas for lunch today. Plain Cheese, Pepperoni with Fresh Mozzarella, Sausage Bacon Ranch and Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon with Fresh Mozzarella.
Good sticky grub for a dreary rainy chilly day.

I'm about 15 years away from retiring, I'm just fortunate enough that I can work from home so I'm now able to squeeze in some more cooking time as opposed to hardly any time 2.5 years ago.
I used to drive a truck but told them to take a hike when they threatened me with a choice, I guess they didn't think that one thru too well .
So, now instead of trying to work 60 plus hours a week AND run 3 online businesses, I can focus on just the 3 from home.

Works out well, they actually did me a favor

No Sir, these are Artisan NAAN Breads but i do make my own Pizza Dough, just not for these. As much as i like homemade Pizza Dough, NAANS are my all time go to.

Thank You spacetrucker, i have a great wife, an amazing son, a loyal pup and a healthy family with a roof over our heads so i can't ask for anything more. We are very simple living people and definitely blessed, and i appreciate your thoughtfulness my friend.
