These loaded spuds are fun to do. And yours look GREAT.
I've done them and wrapped them in bacon and then cooked them. I called them POTATO BOMBS
I've also done them stuffed and wrapped in foil (no bacon on the outside) and cooked, then cut open lengthwise and with sour cream on it.
