So this evening, not feeling all that well, I decided to keep dinner simple. This is what I came up with ...
Mahi mahi pan seared on the Weber using the griddle and a simple peas and tomato sauce with a side of sweet potatoes. Turned out well!

Sorry you weren’t feeling well. It’ll come around - I believe that. BUT - for not feeling well you made a great looking meal. Heck it would’ve been great for feeling top notch. I’d eat that with a smile on my face.

Hope things get better, Friend, the Mahi Mahi looks great and brings back memories of my Granny. That was her all time favorite Fish to eat.
