Well, brisket was awesome!
Finally defrosted a 7.5 lbs brisket. GMG acting up again. Set the Joe at 250 and it was ready to be wrapped in four hours. Unfortunately we took a couple of photos with cell phones and they will not post! I will keep trying.

If you have a cord that allows you to take pics from your phone to your computer then you should be able to connect that and then click on the "attachments" button below. Then go to the folder where the pics are - probably "E" ???? and then click on the desired pic and put it in "THIS BOX".
If you would like to email them to me then I'd be happy to post them for you ?hopefully?

Oup thank you! I will try your explanation and see if I can get it done. For now I will post the leftover brisket as tacos on Thursday!!! Still sideways but will work on that this weekend.

Yum Yum, Pal - - - - most of the time, when your pics go horizontal on you it's because of their size! So you might try reducing them in half before attaching them "
