Porks butts were on sale so ....

Mother in law suggested pulled pork.
Seasoned up with a base of sea salt, garlic, and rosemary. Then I used some Gates Sweet and mild.
Will be rolling on Ebony with lump and maple chunks....

That sounds good. I’ve never seasoned one exactly like that but I bet it works
