Akorn Stromboli Finished

Postby The Pocono Ring Shop » Wed Oct 12, 2022 3:39 pm

I've been solo all week and have been pretty busy between our Ring Shop and Candle shop along with cleaning the garage and Fall Cleanup so I decided to Spoil myself tonight and light the lump for some Stromboli time.
Just a little Pizza Dough, Genoa Salami, Glen Rock Ham Off The Bone, and a mix of Havarti, Mozzarella, Provolone, Pepper Jack, Parmesan and Romano Cheeses. The outside received an Egg wash sprinkled with Everything Bagel topping and some more Shredded Cheese mix.

I forgot the ingredients to make the Marinara Sauce so I picked some up pre-made from the Italian Restaurant down the road.

Fingers crossed, first time making one.

After doing this I am questioning why I even use the oven in the house anymore...
There's really not many times over the years the the Akorn hasnt made me complete happy with my cooks and this one cooked perfectly as well.
Tastes great, not buying theses anymore in the restaurants.
