Well I did my first reverse sear and it came out OK but there was only a pink tint when I cut them up. They were still very tender and juicy.
I started the Traeger up to 190° with super smoke and cooked the steaks to about 115 and pulled them off. With the grill up to 500° i put them back on and wanted to turn them at 130° but I was a tad slow and it hit 150 so I turned them and went about another 4 minutes.
Lesson learned: smoke to 100° and then run up to 500° and go back on and turn at about 120 and and pull off at 150°, above all else DO NOT GO IN THE HOUSE
