I liked the reviews and features so I bought it. 28lb hopper. Flat deflector with no vents. Easier to wrap in foil for cleanup. Shop vac it all. Hopper cleanout. PID digital temperature control with 2 meat probes. I will let you know what I think after a few cooks.

I did the initial burn in. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently it climbed to 500 degrees. So I threw on a yard bird, pork tenderloin, and some sausages. Turned out great.

Looks great, looks a lot like my PB Austin LX, had it for 4 years and it does a great job, ran it for almost 18 hours for a pork butt for today
PB AustinLX, Weber Performer, Weber E310 , 250g trailer pit , 36" cowboy grill, bunch of other ways to burn food.
