Pork Spareribs
Hey y’all! Hope y’all have a good memorial day weekend. Tomorrow I’m gonna smoke St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs for me and my son. I was wondering if anyone got good recipe to share? What kind of wood pellets would be good for this rib?

Re: Pork Spareribs
I would suggest that you do them 3-2-1 Style
Rub with Honey Mustard the night before
Next morning sprinkle with Seasoning
Spritz with apple juice and again every hour
Cook over low heat (200) for 3 hours
Spritz with apple juice and sprinkle with seasoning
Then wrap with foil and cook over 250 heat for 2 hours
Remove foil and increase heat to 300 then glaze with sauce every 20 minutes for the last hour
Of course I tweek this when I'm doing it according to the way they are responding to the heat
but you should get tasty fall off the bone ribs this way.
Good LUck and Happy Memorial Day
FYI BE SURE AND REMOVE THE MEMBRANES FROM THE RIBS

Thank you! The steps is easy to follow. In a hour or so, going to H‑E‑B and get stuff I need for tomorrow. Going to buy apple pellet woods for it. I think Apple is good for pork flavor. Have a nice weekend!

I’m at where I’m about to pull it and wrap it in foil for the next two hours.

Re: Pork Spareribs
Good Deal - - - if you have some apple juice then I'd spritz it real good before wrapping OR you could baste or brush on an equivalent and then wrap for stage 2.

Now at the last stage where I crank up 300 degrees and bbq sauce every 20 minutes.
