Decided to do pork belly for the first time on Weber kettle. Just used briquettes, kept at 250-300f for 2 hours then covered with honey, butter and brown sugar. Then cooked for a further hour and glazed with bbq sauce for 5 mins. It was the best thing I’ve ever done on the bbq!!
I added the tenderloin for the last hour. Both were rubbed in salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
