Ahi tuna with side of clam chowder. Kettle ran 850, tuna steaks ready in 2 minutes. Wife loved it! This afternoon I am smoking short ribs, wedding anniversary dinner this evening. First cook on Green Mountain Daniel Boone. Temps off a little. Will post later today.
